FAQ

Can I install the tyres at a later date?›

Yes, Installation is to be completed within 30 days from the booking/reservation date. Simply select your preferred eligible tyres in this page and submit your reservation through our website. Our team will first verify stock availability and contact you within 1–2 working days. Once stock is confirmed and the required deposit is received, your reservation will be secured.

My tyre size is not listed. Can I still enjoy the promotion?›

The promotion is applicable only to the Hankook tyre sizes and models specifically listed on this campaign page. If your tyre size is not listed, it is not applicable to this campaign promotion. You may still contact us if you would like us to check other tyre options available for your vehicle, but they will not be covered under this Buy 3 Get 1 Free campaign unless specifically listed.

My tyre size is listed, but my preferred Hankook model is not listed. Why?›

If your preferred model is not shown on the campaign page, it means that the model/size combination is not included in the promotion at this time. This may be due to the model being ineligible for the campaign or unavailable for the campaign stock. The Buy 3 Get 1 Free promotion applies only to the specific models and sizes listed on this page.

My tyres are still in good condition. Will there be another Hankook promotion later?›

This campaign is supported by the Hankook distributor in Singapore and is subject to its campaign period, terms and eligible stock availability. At this time, we do not have information on whether or when another similar promotion will be offered. For future Hankook promotions and updates from Tai Huat Tyres, follow our social media channels.

Is the stock shown on the website guaranteed?›

No. The stock displayed online may not always reflect real-time inventory. All promotional tyre stock is subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We will verify the stock after you submit your reservation and contact you within 1–2 working days.

Can I walk in and buy the promotional tyres?›

We recommend making a reservation in advance. Promotional stock is limited and subject to availability. A reservation allows us to verify the tyres and arrange the appropriate appointment slot for you. Walk-ins may be accommodated where stock and workshop capacity permit, but availability cannot be guaranteed without a confirmed reservation.
